I don't have the english language option
I wanted to download the sims 4 but it only suggests me 3 languages: Czech, Polish and Russian. But I don't understand these languages. I wanted to select english, but the ea program didn't have it ...

When bought in that region those are the only options available.
@jpkarlsen can I change the region?
The only way would be to have purchased in another region. However now that the basegame is free to play there is a workaround. Get the game on Steam and play from there. You must have Origin installed as the EA App does not support Steam at the moment.
