I still never recieved my preorder content for highschool years

Hello, I ordered and installed the highschool years expansion pack on august 10. I remember there being a big bug where a lot of people didn't receive the preorder bonus. unfortunately, i was one of them. my game is completely updated, all packs installed, even switched over to the new ea app. well I checked today and noticed i still didn't have the content for preordering in my game. Help me pls!!

    If your preorder content is still missing from your account, that's something the live support team can take a look at with you- here on the forums, we wouldn't have access to your account details to investigate into this further.

    I actually contacted them before posting on here. First person said they would put my case in "emergency" status for the team directly in charge of that pack to help me with it, but i never heard anything back and they closed my case with the solution as "no fix" ;( I reopened the case and this second person told me that apparently they still didn't have a fix for that bug and i just need to wait. I thought this was solved already? Didnt other people get their bonus content already?

  • Hi @EA_Cade I bought it august 9 2022 through gamestop. sorry i don't check this very often. i also tried contacting support again. third times the charm right...nope now I'm getting told that i need to contact gamestop because it is an issue on their part & they'll grant me access to the bonus content? like what?
