Infants Difficulty/Glitches

I have a game where my sim had triplets, and as infants it is the most difficult thing to control, as in feeding them is hard to keep on top of and making sure they all get into their cribs when they are low energy, and it causes actions to get deleted, and the adult sims get no sleep, and when its x3 its impossible 

Also when the triplets did age up, one aged up again into a child sim, where the others stayed as toddlers. WTFFF
