Interior decorator issues again

I am having issues when I go into build mode as interior decorator. The top right pop up screen that give you a breakdown of what to do for the job is always blank. I have to come out of build mode to find the details again of what the family are looking for. Its getting annoying now because I then have to reset the filters for whatever I need instead of just clicking on the icon as I did previously which would bring up everything related to that. I hope I am making myself clear here.

I didnt have and CC or mods running when this started and had just completed a fresh install and update and repair. deleted cache etc.
