Is it possible to buy the last expired promotion?

Hi,

Today I was going to buy The Sims 4 - Parenthood pack for a very dear person to me, but the game updated today and the promotion expired.

Is it still possible to buy the pack with the promotion price? Here in Brazil, the game is too expensive and I can only buy it with the promotion price, please!
