Island Living Lava Rocks And Cleaning Up The Beach

So my game is updated to the newest version, but unfortunately it won’t let me break open lava rocks after they cool down! Alsooo it won’t allow me to cleanup the beach! I have tried moving the rocks around, resetting the rocks, resetting my sim, even making sure the terrain is flat, but none of it works! Both the beach clean up and the lava rocks act like it’s a pathing error! But I have move objects off, and both are reachable cause my sim can walk all around them! So it definitely not a pathing issue!
