Issues and things missing

I’ve been having issues with my sims since the update over a week ago. I’ve tried contacting EA and they was as useful as ever! 

it started I was getting the 123 error, I then started to get a fatal error. Then I noticed the award ceremony the flea market was missing and also death notifications. 

I removed mods and repaired the game and still had the same issues. So I then uninstalled the game removed all mods and saved files. Reinstalled everything and repaired the game and I’m still having the same issues and EA are not helping! I’m at a loss on what’s happening or what to do

    @kizhayward333 Hello, I'm so sorry that this has happened to you!

    Download the FREE version of Revo Uninstaller. Use it to completely uninstall EA app from your PC. Then re-install and log into your account. Hopefully this will help!

    Furthermore, I'd also recommend creating a copy of your mods folder and then deleting the original.
