June 2nd Sims 4 Update

My origin updated but that was about it. I dunno whether it's a certain time but I think they need to be more specific 

Hey I'm playing in the uk and on xbox any ideas on when we might get the update over here? 

I believe it's around 6 pm uk going on what is said in Facebook groups

I've just updated the Sims 4 Mac in Denmark and it's working very well!

it goes automatically but mine only updated today so it might  just

be slow

I just get the update but right after that my sims are not working anymore. Can't even open it, and I have already reinitiated the system 3 times. 

@Josafana_cerda  What exactly do you mean when you say the game isn't working?  This is one common known issue:

If you think that might be your issue too, please confirm by testing with no mods or custom content in your user data folder; if you let me know it's the same, I can merge your post into that master thread.

Otherwise, please describe the issue in more detail: when the game stops working, whether you see any error codes, whether your computer crashes as well, etc.

The game is not even opening. I mean, when I press 'play' in the origin plataform it doesn't charge at all (just a white screen)

Im not using mods or anything like that
