"L" Shaped stairs won't place in corner of building

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try placing an L shaped staircase in the corner of a first floor room with a foundation (not platform) with a second floor built and it says it cant intersect obstructions. I even tried removing walls and rooms that were not in the way and it still would not place the staircase.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game refuses to place L shaped stairs in the corner of a room.
What do you expect to see? The stairs should place in the corner.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
