How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except journey to Batuu, strangerville and some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? with almost all the new things from the life and death pack. There is no text. ex: The neighborhood info, the reaper career, the bucket list,... But also when i click on a sim or furniture i see a vase icon but nothing else. When I click on it, i get a notification but again no text.
What do you expect to see? there should be text so i can play the pack
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Could you check if you have the following file
You can find your default location in the EA app settings. If you installed somewhere else, look there.
<Installation Folder>\The Sims 4\EP17\Strings_ENG_US.package
If you do have this file, check if you have a EP17 folder in The Sims 4\Delta
If you do have a EP17 folder there, check if the same file can be found in there. If not, copy the file from the EP17 folder to the Delta\EP17 folder.
