I don't kwon if it the right thread but I have a problem with the the quests of week one and with the event.
Yesterday, I updated the game, logged in, opened a game, clicked to see the missions and rewards for week 1, and saw that the quests had already been completed (I didn't do anything at all, I didn't watch the news channel, I didn't meet the envoy, I didn't do anything) and I can't find the phone linked to the event in my inventory and I can't click on my sim to call the envoy, and what's more, the rewards had already been collected.
Could this cause problems for future missions? I've already tried repairing the game and starting a new game, but nothing. Can anyone help me?
Could you post a pic of your rewards window ?
For me the game crashed and I lost the phone then later got it back after playing a bit so there seems to be a failsafe for that.

My game hasn't crashed yet, so are you saying it might happen after I've been playing for a while? And could the same thing happen to the emissary?
No, I'm just saying that the phone hopefully will spawn no matter what once it's needed. Hopefully. I have no idea why it auto-completed. Never seen that happen before.
Are all the items actually unlocked ? I guess I would just wait for week two to start and take it from there.
Lauderdaughters have you tried going back home and going to the library again ? Did the library step properly complete ? I assume you had the envoy while at home ?
Yes, everything has been unlocked up to the Luxurious Morning Robes, so I got all the rewards for the first week.
For now, even though I've played for several hours, the phone hasn't spawned. I'll see how it goes next week. Maybe it will sort itself out, otherwise I'll have to resort to tricks. Anyway, thank you very much.
