Lovestruck crashes my game to the desktop.

Also the laptop is less than 2 years old and compatible with dx12. I want to try running the game back on dx9 because nothing else works so it’s my last ditch effort at making it work. I think sims 4 might not be entirely compatible with dx11 despite them claiming it is. It wouldn’t be the first time they say one thing just to disappoint. I am 100% sure the issue is the game. It’s not mods since I reinstall sims 4 without them and without cc. I also do not use mods that don’t update and most of my mods are there because EA is lazy and creates more issues than solutions with patches. They have reduced their quality control team. The other mods are there to add actual Gameplay because reading pop-up and sending your sim to a rabbit holes is not game play. Sims 4 has more holes than Swiss cheese.  EA seams to really take “imagine everything” to heart. Because apparently they mean imagine you are actually playing. And it would all be fine if they just stopped patching every few weeks because my mods seamed to have fixed more issues then the patch. There are hundreds of people reporting crashes and infinite load screen while this page has archived many posts as if it was fixed.
