Make ghosts scary again and make them stop calling all the time

So.. I've been disappointed in Sims 4 ghosts from the start. They are not scary like in sims 3 or 2, they act like normal sims! And after dying, the ghosts keep calling their kids and friends every day and ask them out to eat or whatnot. Dude, you're dead, could you please act like it? Even the ones whose tombstones I have in my household inventory keep on calling. And it takes forever for them to stop. I mean if the sim is from my family I can just release the spirit but it is really annoying that the long dead babysitter keeps calling the now adult kids she used to watch and ask them out. Or that sim's dad keeps calling her from beyond the grave and the sim doesn't react to that? You KNOW your father died a week ago and it is in no way scary that he keeps calling you!?

Please, pretty please make the ghosts scary again. Make them the bane they are supposed to be if left on a home lot, make a graveyard lot for the ghosts to haunt, make it to be scary and rare if they call their relatives.
