Mindfulness, Yoga, And Emotional Surges

Question

How do you get the option to have your Sim get an emotional surge?&nbsp; I have noticed it occur randomly and usually at some point after they have done yoga.&nbsp; The surge effect is awesome for skill building.&nbsp; I'd really like to know the formula for how it works.&nbsp; Thanks in advance for your assistance.
