Apologies for any concern here! Fortunately, this isn't the result of any content being deleted or removed, but rather just a matter of logging into a different account.
It looks like the EA account you're posting with now is essentially brand new, so since you had played Sims 4 in the past that would have been under a different account. If you check your account page here under the Payment and Wallet > Order history section, you'll be able to see the purchases you've made on a particular account.
If you have another account or email you may have used in the past, please try signing in with that instead. If there's an email you can no longer access or can't recall which other account may have been used, please contact support directly so they can help track that down with the info you do have.
