Missing special CAS ears

I have realm of magic and I am missing the special pointy ears you can get as a spellcaster. 

I have tried leveling my spellcaster to the max or starting from scratch. The only way I can get one is to download an elf-like sim from the gallery.  

I do not use mods or CC

I also have the same issue on a different computer.
