mud puddles spawn constantly and can't be removed!

Hi Crin, I am having major issues with mud puddles. I have scoured here and google for answers to fix this issue to no avail. Many said to use flooring, some said use free concrete in order to mop up, others said to go in build mode to drag delete over them, which they need their heads examined with the latter lol. The puddles never show in build mode lol. Anyways I have minimal mods which are all fully updated, MCCC and woohoo, T.O.O.L., BBB, BE, All scenarios, labled rental units, LMS live-in business, Mod guard, and a handful of T-Mex smaller mods. But this just began since downloading Life & Death TBF, and yes all mods have been updated for the EP. I have tried everything to get rid of them and nothing works. EA needs to make this a game option to enable us to turn the darn things off if we wish, for me they are a total nuisance and very unwanted in my game. I also have a very small amount of cc clothing in this save.
