My build mode complete broken after last update or latest ep I added

My build mode complete broken after last update or latest ep I added. Endless loading screen trying to get to build when I removed all my mods.  Issues with building in game when I have mods install...

There are some issues with certain lots, especially if you use TOOL or place lots of items with moveObjects.

Does it happen to all your lots in that save or particular ones ?
