Hello just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as I am with my sims game its keeps saying ''the game failed to load. error code 123:934fe6d:57fb24eb. its recommended that you relaunch the game " but I have already relaunched the game ,cleared cache , restarted my computer , and it keeps crashing and saying the same thing can anyone help?
You might need to repair the app if you haven't tried that yet.
Lionneess That error is a current known issue. It's often if not always tied to an event happening at the lot in question, whether your sims are traveling to an event or they're already at a location where one is taking place. Feel free to post in the master thread, and keep an eye on it for updates:
One workaround is to not travel to that lot, if applicable. If you're having trouble loading the save in the first place, try loading a different household instead. If it works, you can invite the affected sims over, or to a different lot, and switch to them; or you can play the other household until the event should be over, then switch back to the original one.
If that doesn't help, changing the lot type of the affected lot should end the event. You can change it back later if you want.
