My game will not load in to save after new update

I literally removed every single one of my mods and it still will not load into my game. I can get to the main menu but when I try to load into a save it just does the spinning plumbob endlessly. Doe...

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    i also have this problem where it wont even let me get to the main menu I haven't thought of deleting the last exception files before. i just want to make sure if there is any of those files I just delete them or is there one particular last exception file that I might need to keep? i just want to make sure before I end up possibly breaking my game even more if I delete any wrong files
