hello simmers! i had been playing my game with mods and cc with no issues up until the 10th of jan 2024. it started after i downloaded a mod so i removed that mod and it didnt fix it so i recovered my save and that helped until now. i have tried the following methods: clear cache, repair game, remove mods folder and delete the localthumbcache.package and none have worked, i have all ep, gp, sp and some kits. my only mods are mccommand and bake cupcake macine items on stove. the rest is custom content. i tried selecting travel from the phone menu and that gets stuck on the white loading screen, pressing the m button also does this. i am going bonkers i just want to play my game any help is appreciated

@lillianmae2871 Does it matter which world you travel to ? Have you tested without any mods/cc on a backup of your save game ?

It doesnt even open the select world menu, i press travel or m and it stays on the frosted loading screen with my sim in her home in the background, ive tried removing all the mods and cc and playing and it made no difference

I fully reinstalled the game, put my saves into it and it still is doing this:

@crinrict Okay so i reinstalled my game and made a new save file with the same sim and house and now im having the issue where i click on a world from world selection and get the white screen, im about to gently scream

my map wont load in when i press m or select travel on phone

@lillianmae2871 Does it matter which world you travel to ? Have you tested without any mods/cc on a backup of your save game ?

I did the user folder thing and it didnt do anything really, i made a complete new save with the same house and sim from the gallery and the map still isnt working

@lillianmae2871 If you don't download the house (some houses give issues currently), does it work ?

What's the name/creator of the lot ?

My friend made the house and uploaded it and then i uploaded it to my gallery when i had stuff from my sims life in it, when i moved the same sim into the house from the gallery she didnt own the stuff though, i was honestly wondering if that could cause the issue and if i should remove anything from the old sims inventory off the walls etc and reupload and try that
