My sims a vampire but when i click on another sim i dont get the option to drink

The options for drinking from another Sim are under the Vampire menu. 

(You didn't give any details, but if you're on Batuu you won't be able to drink from other Sims or use any other vampire powers. If that's the case, you can fill thirst by resting at the hostel.)
