my sim's weird outfit?

My sim got a new promotion in the secret agent career, to lead detective. She was wearing underwear, like garters. And whens its time for her to go to work, she changes out of her regular clothes to this. When i saw her clothes i thought it might have been her outfit, but these clothes aren't set as any of her outfits. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or is it a rly weird glitch in my game. I have a pic attached.
