N.A.P fined Vampire Eco Friendly Appliances

I have a similar problem. I bought a lot and filled it with plants to increase eco footprint. My sim lives in a tent, relieves his bladder in the bushes and showers in the rain. He does not have work except for money tree farming and diving in the dumpster for deals. He travels a lot to use commercial amenities. I was fined for non-compliance to eco-friendly appliances when I do not have a single appliance. Hopefully, the Sims management may consider absurd scenarios like these. Hehe. And hopefully, kindly lessen the lot tax for the sim that only has a tent.
