Nature's Calling week 2 aspiration was not completing due to delay triggering

I was stuck on week 2. I really don't like when I have to change my character's aspiration anyway, but under Nature aspiration I planted multiple plants (didn't even trigger the 3 things planted) and...

I am having the same stupid issue. "complete one level of a nature aspiration"

I have now done EVERY SINGLE nature asperation, I have repaired, gone to new worlds, try new household. I even tried the cheat aspirations.complete_current_milestone  to speed things along and so far 0/1 still!  

Been trying SENSE week 2! The events almost over and I STILL can't get past this stupid step!
