Nauseous at University

I didn’t know this but some Sims can get nauseous and the “Throw Up” interaction is available if you click on the toilet when Sims have so many minutes counting down to their final exam. When I clicked on the toilet my Sim waved her arm and complained and the noodles went away. Don’t know if it’s a glitch or not.
