[NCQE] Event Not Triggering

I had specified that I did try all of that and made sure but the event was still not working

Yeah sadly. tried going to different lots as well but nothing would trigger it

I had this problem too, but I was able to fix it by linking my EA account through the game options. Turns out the last update (or couple idk) had unlinked people in the game, which made the event unavailable.

Hey, how do I do this? The event still doesn’t show up for me and I noticed that I can’t access the gallery even though my social events are enabled in settings. It just loads forever and never connects. Did that happen to you as well?

My game is fully updated, mods have all been switched off, and it is connected to the internet. Yet there has been no event. No event tab on the home screen, and when I checked game options, the option to hide challenge UI was unclickable because no event was active.

I don't know what more to try to get access to the event

Do you have Online Social Features Access enabled ?

Hi! They are definitely enabled, yes

The hide challenge ui doesn't' refer to the timed events so that's no indication what's wrong.

Unfortunately I don't have any other ideas why it's not appearing for you.
