I am working on the Nature's Calling Event Week 3. When I try to do the Find 2 frogs one, I go to the pond -> click the find frogs command, and when I do catch frogs successfully, the counter doesn't go up. I am on PC, Latest Update, no Mods or CC currently.

Ok, I'm sorry I made a new post about this - I'm autistic and impatient which is on me.
Not ONLY do the frogs not count, but in my game at least the broken pump thing we look for frogs in isn't working - youclick on it and your sim just ignores the task and it disappears out of queue.
I moved foward using UI cheats since I'd already caught 2 frogs, but I wanted to add that some of the frog catching spots seem currently broken - bad timing with this event going on LOL

So, I'm really hoping someone can help with this issue I've been having for the last 2 days with the Nature's Calling Event. I'm currently trying to complete the Secret Sands quest, with the catching 2 frogs task. And for some reason, I cannot complete the task. I don't have any mods or CC installed during live events, so I know for a fact that isn't the issue. I've tried repairing my game 4 times already, that hasn't helped. I've even started a complete new fresh save file, and tried to finish the quest on that...still isn't working. My only other option is to uninstall the entire game and reinstall it again, which will take forever since my internet connection gets rather spotty. As I said, I'm really hoping this bug/glitch whatever it falls under, gets resolved soon. I've even taken screenshots to showcase that the task isn't completing like it's supposed to. I had no troubles at all with Week 1 or Week 2, and now with Week 3...it decides to be a pain in the butt.
The last thing I want is for the event to finish and I'm not able to collect all of the rewards because I can no longer progress through it. Please EA...what is going on?? I'd really like to know if this can be salvageable at all! (Also, I hoped I tagged everything correctly!)
Have you tried the pond in the Oasis spring park ?
I just tried your suggestion then, and it worked. For some reason I couldn't find that particular pond...I kept heading to a pond that was made with the terrain tools. And was wondering why the event symbol wasn't showing next to the 'Look for Frogs' pie menu... This FINALLY WORKED! Thankyou for the suggestion!!

For some reason you can't do this in your pond despite the game claiming you can. You have to do it on a community lot for it to count.
UNLESS you've renovated the park - and made a pond with terrain tools like I did LOL - so I'm assuming the pond you can find in bg debug will work then?
