I don't understand why I have to go thru all of these.  Your system shows that I own it.  This was purchased last Tuesday.  I made the error and didn't hit the download button.  There was no promotional content for these packs.

So please tell me why this says that I own it.  I didn't download the pack.  Why can't you go into my account and fix it.  I have shown several screenshot that say that I own these packs.  What more do you need?  

Sorry, I didn't consider the other screen shots. What does the Ea app say about the two packs? Does it say you own the packs but there is no button to download? Maybe it could help to use the EA App Error Reporter.

I do absoutely own it.  If you look at the other screen shots.  I would not  be here aksing for help if I didn't.

This screenshot shows, that you obviously don't own Life & Death and Adventure Awaits, you only own the bonus content. There is no download button for this content, it is installed automatically if you install the pack itself. 

Yes, it tells me own it. You can see from the picture that I added that it says not installed.  But I can't find out where to go to install the packs

Unfortunely noone of those answers are helping me.

It not showing there either. I wish a tech person would respond

“Macabre Mementos” is just a mask, a music box, and a family portrait. It does not include the Life & Death pack with the Ravenwood world, and was meant as an early purchase bonus. Similarly, “Warm and Cozy” is a lamp, socks, and a tea kettle. It does not include the Adventure Awaits pack with Gibbi Point, but was instead the early purchase bonus. 

Are you sure you bought the actual expansion packs? Did you have a second code in each purchase?

DSimsmom​ if you have already entered the redeem codes and they have been accepted then you should be able to find a download button on them in either the store or under your owned pack unless they've moved it when they added the marketplace.
