When I’m trying to start a new game and going into CAS, changing between outfits reverts the sims hair and eyes back to a different colour. I was mid making a sim too and the CAS music is still playing, I can hear the sim but the screen has turned into the start screen, as in when you first open the app and it’s unresponsive. No CC, no mods.

So you turned off Windows Defender ?
Yes, I saw someone else say it could interrupt the game. I’ve uninstalled it all and reinstalled. Yet to try it again.
I was using the lashes feature for the first time and also have read that they’re bugged so going to try again today without and come back here if still having similar issues!
Hi emmefemme93 what do you mean by lashes feature ? You added eyelashes to your Sim the first time ?
It's not good to have no virus protection. You should turn Defender back on and make sure that the Sims exe files are properly added as exceptions.
