My last computer broke & I have just purchased a new laptop. I have downloaded everything again through my EA account but I have none of my old games that come up now. It is making me create an entirely different game. How do I get all of my old sims back? 🥹
@ellemccorrie You need to copy files from your old computer to your new one. Sims 4 does not upload your saved games or Library to the cloud. It's stored locally. You're looking for the files in your old Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder in the subfolders called Saves and Tray. I'm moving you over to Game Issues in case you need more help.
