I'm not as tech savvy as I would like to be so its hard to follow the guide that you sent me, but I will try.
The only other thing that I can come up with is this: when launching the game, go into my gallery and save all of my Sims and houses to my gallery.
@Carmellopi713 Maybe you have someone around that can help if you're unsure but just follow instructions and ask if you don't understand a specific step.
