How can I find my saves folder? I play the game on Steam.

Doesn't matter if you're on Steam or ea app. - @d79gorarb316 I tested your save but since you have so much cc and mods, 99% of the stuff in the home got removed. I placed a new lot to see if I can duplicate it and it worked all fine for me.
Maybe it's something about the cc/mods you downloaded ?I see.
have to delete all the mods & cc i guess, cause’ i dont know which exactly has caused the problem 😢 so disapointed

- @d79gorarb316 Best is to move your mods folder to the desktop, delete the localthumbcache file and then test it on a backup of your save to see if the issue goes away.
If it does, you can go back to your original and maybe start removing stuff in your aparement to see if it gets better
