No Faces / Bug Eyes on NPCs (No mods installed)

Hi @littlelilacmoon

Did you buy the packs on EA app or Steam ?

Have any of you tried a game repair yet ?

For EA app

Close the game
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the game in your library
Choose Repair game

For Steam:

Close the game
Right Click on the game in your library
Choose Properties
Choose tab Installed Files
Press Verify Integrity of Game Files

Thank you for the advice 🙂
I installed the game and the packs through the EA app; I have repaired the game but unfortunately, the issue is still ongoing.
Also, I have found that editing the NPCs in CAS changes them back to normal, but there are too many NPCs affected for this to be a feasible fix ☹️
If you have any further advice on how this can be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated.

  @littlelilacmoon YOu said you have no mods. Did you never have any or remove them ?

    @crinrict I used to have mods but I removed them.
    I initially thought it was a broken mod issue so firstly, I did some batch fixes on S4S to stop CC being used for random/werewolf etc but as this didn't resolve it, I removed all mods; then I repaired the game as you suggested 🙂
    Also to add - I repaired the game with no mods in and I haven't re-added any mods since I removed them.
