No Fishing Spots

There are no fishing spots in my game. All the fishing spots and signs just arent there. Im not sure how long its been going on because ive been playing on this system for about but ive honestly never worried about fishing before now. Ive tried all the usual fixes and nothing works and i havent anybody else have this probloem
