I removed my mods folder and started a new game after I repaired it, but it's still just freezing every time I try to upload a creation to the gallery, no matter if it's a big build or not. It just gets stuck on the uploading screen forever until I go to task manager and exit the game. It's not a matter of being impatient as I have waited for a long time and nothing happens. Any suggestions?
Whenever I try to upload a build to gallery, it get's stuck on 'loading' it. And I have to shut down the game, from task manager. As it completely freezes the game.

For me, it only started to happen since the first update around the time of Lovestruck being released. Been happening for a while now, I can't upload to gallery. All my new builds get stuck on loading screen and I have to use task manager to get out of it. I was supposed to have a "case" about this with EA, but it's listed as "fixed" when it is not. Pretty much the only reason I play is because I build and upload my builds. So this is obviously problematic. I have tried many things: uninstalling and reinstalling my game, renaming my tray folder, deleting mods and cc (which was the first thing I tried), starting a brand new game, making smaller builds, I mean everything I could think of. The problem has to be with the gallery itself, in my game. Unless there's something I haven't tried?
For me, it's been a while (since the first update around the time that Lovestruck came out) since the gallery would let me upload to the gallery. I love this game and play it everyday and this gallery issue is new, but very problematic. I have all the expansions and every pack or kit that has a build object in it, so I have spent a lot of money on this game.
I have deleted mods and cc, started a new game, renamed my tray folder, uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game, and even heard that changing my avatar might somehow magically work, so yes, I even did that. I have NO idea how to fix this, it's obviously a problem with the gallery in my game but then how would I be able to fix it? Any suggestions would be amazing as I will try anything at this point.
I also can't upload anything anymore since yesterday ☹️ a few days before I was able to upload something but since yesterday not anymore. Same thing, stuck on the loading screen and I waited for as long as fifteen minutes for an upload that's supposed to last only a few seconds, and it remained stuck so I forced the game to terminate with task manager.
I have zero mods and I don't have that many expansion packs either, all from before 2020.
Hey, so I'm having this problem too and I saw that you later wrote that updating the game fixed it. Well my game is currently up-to-date and all, yet the issue is still happening. Any tips? Please & thank you.

I am also having this problem, and I have been having this problem for a couple of months now. I would love to be able to upload my creations to the gallery again! I feel like I can't play the game otherwise :/
Whenever I click the "add to gallery" button, it just loads endlessly rather than actually uploading it to my gallery. I'm using a Mac laptop and am not sure what I can do to fix this.

What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to upload my build to the gallery I get a spinning loading screen for about 60 seconds then nothing, lot doesn’t upload just saves to library

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I’ve been trying to upload my lot to the gallery and it’s not working. The lot size is 8 MB. Ive removed all cc and mods from my game. I logged out of EA app and deleted localthumbnail catche and placing the lot in a new save file and it still doesn’t work. Build has some gallery art but not excessive.
