Npc's delete
I'll just make this a quick question
Can I kill npcs on sight? Literally in game play when they decide to disrupt my game or show up at my front door.
Also, can I delete them from my sims friends list? I'm so tired of npcs

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
I'm on console, NPCs seem to have become more intrusive in recent years and I agree can be really annoying.
In apartment buildings that have an elevator directly into the apartment they wander in and just stand there and there's no option to ask them to leave or set the door to No Trespassing. I add a locked door but they just stand in the lobby.
In cottage living homes there are loads of them gathering outside the house. Even when Sims arrive home late at night there are NPCs at the gate.
In some University homes/lodgings they are impossible to get rid of and it slows the game down. They also phone and message constantly.
I weed them out in Other Households regularly and try and keep the number at around 70. Set all interior doors and computers to Household Only and exterior doors to No Trespassing.
I delete them from Other Households if I can't get them out of the house.
Oh yeah, I know that crowded elevator lobby. And I recently moved a family into the Henford-on-Bagley town proper for the first time and was very annoyed by the Sims gathering at the edge of my lot to chat. Like, just over my property line in the back yard, so they're always visible and you can hear them talking all day and night. SUPER annoying.
I recently had my first University Housing experience and that was also full of randos, but I kind of expected that.
I made one of the Foxbury Student tower lodgings into a beautiful private penthouse for a Sim but there was nothing I could do to keep NPCs out of it. Sealing off the elevator lobby, setting it to Private Dwelling and Peace and Quiet traits. There was no option to add No Trespassing on the elevator or the lobby door, or the balcony doors that lead outside. I had to lock every interior door and computer. They still stood in the little elevator lobby all night, random strangers. I mean? Where was the little Sim campus police!?
When I converted a pub and a gym into a residential lot they ignored the locks and raided the fridge. The gym trainer did sit ups outside till I deleted him.
There's plenty of threads about them ruining dates and weddings too. I wish they had preset boundaries or something.
Oh, don't get me started on boundaries.
When your Sim visits their parents and decides to serve them dinner or take a quick shower because they're doing the smelly animation at you: "THIS IS INAPPROPRIATE PLEASE STOP."
Your Sim's friends: Call and say "I would like to come over and hang out, is that okay?" and when you say no THEY COME ANYWAY. NO. The twins have school projects and the Mom is going to go into labor at any second, NO. Of course, once they're there they don't actually talk to your Sims and instead play with their toys or computer until 5am if you don't throw them out...
Random Sims: Knock on your door or just come right in, eat all your food, TAKE MUD BATHS IN YOUR TUB, sleep on your sofa all night, stay over all night using your computer. Hang around in your yard all night chatting and occasionally kick over your trash can for fun. Someone kicked over my trashcan during a blizzard last night and I was so angry that I used MCCC to switch her into her swimwear.
But I dgress. I have some global superstar Sims who live in Torendi Tower in San Myshuno, and at any given time there are paparazzi standing in the elevator lobby along with randos. If I unlocked the door the paparazzi would come in and steal, so I had to create an elaborate club system to allow non-household-members in...
