Packs show as owned but are disabled in-game (Mac)

Hi,

I’m playing The Sims 4 on Mac and I’m having an issue with my packs.

I originally owned several packs from Windows, which show as “owned” but are marked as Windows-only in the EA App.

I have now repurchased Cats & Dogs on Mac, and when I launched the game, it showed all the new features as if it’s installed. However, in-game the pack appears as disabled, and I cannot access any of the content.

So right now:

  • The pack shows as owned
  • The game recognizes it on startup
  • But it is not active in gameplay

Has anyone experienced this, or does an EA advisor know how to fix this? Could this be an entitlement or sync issue?

    Hi Malene1464​ 

    did you buy those packs that don't appear on Steam ? 

    For the pack you just bought, go to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Select and make sure it's enabled. Newly bought packs are currently disabled by default (which is treated as bug)
