paintings

ok i am hoping somebody can help me please. when we create our own paintings and pictures for the sims 4 using the Sims 4 studio, why is that it shows up as a CC? I was told by a friend that if you place your paintings from the sims 4 studio and you choose another lot that is right next to the lot that your made pictures are on..and painting from the other lot, it still shows up as a CC even though you are on a diffeent lot as the ones that you made. Can someone explain why this happens please?
