sims 4 loading problems

I reinstalled sims because it wasn't working for me and I downloaded all new mods, and I tested them and it appears that none of them are broken or corrupted. I cleared my cache and repaired and updated my game and it still says (new free trail not translated) also when I am on the different worlds page, and I try to click on a Houshold it brings me right back to the different worlds page.
