It seems like Major Whiskers and Whitaker have been culled from my saved game. I would like to put them in my game again, but it seems like it's impossible to have them in their own households without a sim. Does anyone know of a mod or a cheat in that makes it possible to get them back?
@MintyFreshSims Did you save your pets to your library? If so, you can place these pets together with a Sim in one household. Move this household to a plot in Brindleton Bay. The evict this household or mark it as not in this world in the manage world modus. In this thread you will find more information. Solved: Sims 4 how to create strays? - Page 2 - Answer HQ. However. keep in mind that stray pets are sick more often. Hope you have the information you wanted.

@MintyFreshSims In addition to the remarks made by @crinrict I have been checking this issue a bit more and it seems like Mayor Whiskers and Captain Whitaker can be found in older saves if you still have them. When you start a new game, you won't be able to find them. I uploaded both strays to the gallery under my player ID so you will be able to retrieve them. The rest of my earlier post explains how to get them back into your game.
