also when I tried the new folder you suggested. Even though I copied tray, saving and mods to new folders my stuff is all gone. I can’t play the game anymore. The worlds are empty I can’t choose
Does it work with nothing put back ?
Are you using oneDrive ? Could you check which folder the game uses: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
You should get files called LastException in your documents folder with or without BE installed unless you're issue is mod related.
I got lastExceptations but when I launch the game no report shows up. It isn’t in onedrive I just checked. I did as the link tells me to do make the folder back up have the game make a new one.crinrict
If you put your saves back in the correct folder, they show up as before.
You won't get a message in the game without the mod but you'll still get the files. That's what you need to copy/paste.
