Pie menu Lag
Is anyone else pie menu taking forever to load when clicking on your sims or another sims it takes about 10-15 minutes to load. I play without cc or mods

Repairing the game and clearing the cache files may help.

Try clearing out your sims inventories and see if that helps.
If you continue to have issues,try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains in a new save game.
