@Emmydepp , @KenzieKrab , and @siirysiir I would love more dancing, and singing, and would especially love the ability to form a band or orchestra ensemble! Rock, classical, jazz, pop, etc.... it is all good! 💗
- siirysiir3 years agoSeasoned Ace@PugLove888 It's been so long we got Get together (I absolutely love that expansion but I wish they would already fix the bugs in it!) that it would be high time to also add more dancing animations! I love that they did so with Jungle adventures and slow dancing but I wish dancing was expanded more! If we get the ability to have bands with different genres it would make sense to add different genres of dancing as well. Air guitaring to Metal music is so cool and those animations would work great with dancing to rock music in a live concert as well. I'd love to see more of a rave dance party types of moves added as solo dancing. I wish we could CHOOSE which type of dancing to do!

@siirysiir , yes! 😀 Heavy Metal lovers don't move the same way to their music as pop lovers would move to their music, etc.! 😆 As a child, teen, and young adult I took ballet, tap, and jazz dance classes, and in high school was on Drill Team. These all had a different "flavor" , so to speak, (though tap and jazz had a lot more in common because they sometimes used the same music from early Hollywood movies and the Big Band/Jazz/Swing era. ) And that all was very different to how I would dance to rock, pop, hip hop, etc.
Maybe Sims starting to dance to the radio might dance similarly, regardless of what music they are listening to, but as they get more dance experience, they should dance more appropriately to the type of music they are listening to. (Though this might be difficult to do with World Music, since that category has a lot of various influences from around the world.) But I would love for all the other music genres to have the proper type of dancing associated with it! 😎
