Please help me. Origin stole Sims 4

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? None at the moment
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Holiday stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My sim wouldn’t go pee so I thought updating my game would fix it. I went to Origin to update it and it said that I had to just remove origin altogether because my game wouldn’t update.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim just stands there with her needs going all the way down, doing nothing but dying. Then I try to fix it and Origin robs me of my game and money altogether.
What do you expect to see? My game restored on my account and updated OR a full refund.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

So basically my life is a mess. It started out simple. My pregnant sim kept ignoring me when I would tell her to go to the bathroom. It got to the point when she would wet herself, but she couldn’t. She just stood frozen in the same place. THEN, thinking I just needed to update the game, MY FILES WERE UNREADABLE. so origin told me to undownload and redownload Origin. So I did and WHEN I GOT BACK ON MY SIMS4 GAME WAS COMPLETELY GONE. saying that I had never purchased the game. I want my money or my game back.

  • You should be able to find proof of purchase for The Sims 4 in your Order History. While logged in to Origin, you can check your order history by clicking on the Origin button in the top left and then selecting Order History. That will take you to the Customer Portal in myaccount.ea.com. Your Sims 4 proof of purchase should show up there in case you need to contact EA customer service.

It looks like you have more than one Origin account. You need to logon to the account that you purchased/redeemed The Sims 4 on. then you will find it in the Game Library.
