You should be able to find proof of purchase for The Sims 4 in your Order History. While logged in to Origin, you can check your order history by clicking on the Origin button in the top left and then selecting Order History. That will take you to the Customer Portal in myaccount.ea.com. Your Sims 4 proof of purchase should show up there in case you need to contact EA customer service.
