Property value funds won't transfer when moving households...
Hey there,
I am playing on a PC with no mods or CC and I am currently having issues with my Sims' household funds fulling transferring when moving entire households. Their cash will transfer, but the value of their furniture/home will not. For example, I have a family with 15,000 simoleons on hand and a house worth about 50,000 simoleons. When I move them (no splitting) to a new vacant lot to build (about 5,000 simoleons) and choose to sell the furniture, their household funds reads as 10k (not the expected 60k)...essentially loosing the entire value of their previous home. I'm currently using cheats to replenish the missing funds, but I was curious if anyone else was experiencing this? Is there something I'm doing wrong? It's a brand new issue for me. :(

Repairing the game may help.
If the issue remains, try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and test to see if the issue occurs in that new save game also.
