@kirito1997d do you mean the build/buy catalogue item? You should just be able to search for "photo studio" and it should come up in the catalogue.
If memory serves me right, the photography studio is an build/buy item and not a lot type. It should therefore be purchasable through the build/buy catalogue and not through your Sims mobile phone.

Open Buy mode (F2, twice if necessary) or Build mode (F3), click on the Search box (witht he magnifying glass), and type what your'e looking for. Just like doing a search on a website.
