Re: Complaint about EA 'customer service'

I spoke to a Brandon B guy, and he wasnt that helpful at all.  I purchased items on my Sims mobile, and my items went away, and it wasnt a cheap purchase, and the guy asked if i can name those purchases, of course i CANNOT GIVE A BALL PARK of those light and trees i purchased... HE MARKED my ISSUE RESOLVED EVEN THO it WASNT RESOVLED at all.  I NEVER GOT A REFUND on those. I AM STILL FOLLOWING it up... I DOUBT EA will HELP ME.....
