Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

So none of these solutions resolved my issue. I had always played Sims4 through Xbox(Microsoft), and I am using the same accounts now on my PC from when I used to play on Xbox. The Horse Ranch Expansion Pack that I paid for through Xbox IS NOT showing up on my Xbox App or EA App on my PC. But, the free Career Pack that I downloaded, before I purchased the Horse Ranch Expansion Pack, IS showing up in my add-on list, (doesn't make sense that one would show up and not both). I still have the receipt when I bought Horse Ranch. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now . . .

@EmThorne07 This is by design: Sims 4 packs don't transfer between consoles and PC/Mac. I've moved your post to the master thread for this question. The reason you still have access to Get to Work is because it's free with an EA Play subscription, and I believe you get EA Play for PC for free with XBox GamePass.
